The cottage is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. The hosts, Sally and Mike are so helpful and nothing was ever too much bother.
We travelled to Bude, St. Ives, Newquay, Port Isaac and Padstow, Tinney Waters was the perfect base location.
5* accommodation, 5* hosts, 5* facilities and a 5* location.
We look forward to returning again in the future! :)

Sally and Mike - thank you so much for providing us with such a perfect place to de-stress! Words can’t really express how much we have enjoyed it, and how it surpassed our expectations. The care and thought you show, and all the little touches really make such a difference. Our highlight has to be sitting in the hot tub first thing in the morning, beautiful blue sky, ice crystals twinkling in the trees, and watching all the different tits, nuthatches, and even a woodpecker - and listening to their song. Blissful! We will be counting down the days until we can visit again! Once again - a heartfelt thank you. x

What a lovely cottage. We loved everything. Comfortable, tastefully decorated, cosy, lovely little extras. Hot tub was great. Garden for the dog. We had a wonderful relaxing break. Even caught some fish. If the new cottage is as good as this one, Mike and Sally, then the bookings will floor in. The banana cake was a real treat. Thank you. A lovely studio cottage, we had a brilliant time staying at Littlecot. It is very cosy, Sally and Mike couldn't be more helpful. The welcome pack was yummy, and the kitchen perfect for self catering. The hot tub in the enclosed courtyard was lovely too! I would definitely recommend for a Devon break.

From the moment we arrived at Littlecot, we were made to feel at home. We arrived just after Christmas, and the cottage had been decorated with a Christmas tree, really nice touch. Sally and Mike are wonderful hosts and the special touches within the cottage are second to none, and really do make the difference. Home made cakes, preserves and a lovely welcome pack on arrival were a lovely gesture along with fresh eggs from Sally's chickens in the garden! The cottage itself is fantastic, with a top of the range kitchen and bathroom and the hot tub is huge!! We even caught up with some Netflix on the smart tv in the lounge one evening when we couldn't be bothered to venture outside. Our dog came with us and the site is perfectly dog friendly, and it was wonderful to be able to let her off by the lakes for walks. The site is remote so I would definitely recommend a car, but there are a couple of pubs only a short drive away and we visited Bude twice during our stay and loved the beach there (dog friendly!) We can't wait to visit again, and stay in the cottage!

Last week we returned back home after the best week ever at Littlecot it was a surprise getaway for my other half’s birthday which was on Valentine’s Day - it was the most relaxing, peaceful week and we loved every minute! Everything about it is beautiful, the surroundings, the amazing hot tub, the gorgeous cottage it’s just everything I wanted plus more! Mike & Sally were also amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble, Sally even went out of her way to bake my other half a Birthday cake bless her! Even our Bulldog Buddy loved it, he absolutely loved running off around the lakes and also loved playing with the owners Frenchie’s Pickle & Lily! We will definitely be back without a doubt it was absolutely perfect for us, we will hopefully see you in September I can’t wait already!

We stayed here for 4 nights and was a lovely little getaway. To bring our dogs as well with us was great! Owner Sally on arrival was very pleasant and approachable. A few nice touches on arrival complimentary scones, cream, jam and gin and tonic! They even had bits for our dogs! We will definitely be returning to this beautiful place! We loved it.

What a lovely cottage and area to stay :) we had great weather, only rained once or twice. We visited loads of places that we don’t normally get to see even though we live so close!! So we’ve been seeing what i’s like to be the visitor :) The hot tub was the best thing ever, especially in the evenings with the lights on!! Very peaceful which is perfect when trying to escape!
